If you want this packet mostly because of the hood, it may or may not be worth it for you. The hood keeper is cheap and just sticks onto your cap. If you have a long lens, beware, the elastic may not be long enough! the cleaner kit leaves something to be desired but does work. I enjoy taking higher resolution closeups of things I create. The three lenses and lense cap were what I hoped for without spending a high amount. I've been able to take pictures without a tripod under natural lighing outdoors or under florscent lights indoors.

This works well for lenses that are either fixed or have the same size cap for the lens cover. Works well on my Panasonic video camera with screw on wide angle and telephoto lenses. Didn't work for my Canon 30D since lenses are different lengths and cap sizes.
