Works on every computer I've used (over several years). Yes, eject correctly - don't just pull it out. Yes, U3 software is there but can be disabled or removed. Better than competitors that I've had to return due to incompatibility AND no pesky cap to deal with. If you want greater strength of cartridge buy the titanium case. Great product.
