Is really quiet. It comes with a software for easy instalation and with tools for the hard drive. You can access the software every time your computer starts. If you have an older computer you can only use 130GB at first, because you'll need to download an update for your BIOS. I a BIG hard drive. You probably think you don't need that much space, but is only a few more bucks than the 120GB.
