great workout dvd
It has 4 20 minute workouts. The first 2 are great step workouts that include kickboxing moves (you can also do these without the stepper). The second 2 workouts are cardio. All 4 routines provide great ab and thigh workouts.

A great short workout
For those who want a quick, enjoyable aerobic workout with an entertaining host. Moves are easy to follow but not boring. Great to combine with other training or when you're in a hurry.

Better as a dvd workout then a tv workout
I first came across this workout show on Fit TV. I liked it but because of the commerical breaks it disrupts my flow and gave up on it. When it came out in dvd form I thought I would give it a try and after doing the 83minutes!!!! I can say I love it.
