Lucid and serious
Nice series to watch. Lots of phantasy and sci-fi mixed together. Characters that develop as you watch the different episodes. It does require pre-knowledge, of what happenend before. The series has a certain lucidity and realism. You don't always emphatise with what you're shown. The series allows for comment and questions of your own about it. There is a certain self-reflection built in to it.

ONE OF THE BEST SEASONS OF THIS SERIES!
I really like the series and I'm sorry to see it end. But I think season 6 was one of the most imaginative seasons Starge SG-1 had! I was really tired of Michael Shanks running in/out and the addition of Corin Nemec was refreshing. Especially since most of all the seasons consisted of them going to a planet where everybody always looked the SAME!

At least for this first season, the cinematography, set direction, and special effects do not approach the lavishness of the feature film, starring Kirk Russell. I have watched only the first half-dozen episodes, but they are satisafactory (after a glass of wine). Great movie about dogs!
Snow dogs is about a man who gets to live where his mom used to live in Alaska. There he meets dogs who were Lucy's (his mom) snow dogs when she participated in the dog sled race. It's a very good storyline. I especially enjoyed watching this movie. If you like watching dog movies like Air Bud, I totally recommend this to you!

Love this DVD set!
It is everything I expected. I love season 3 of Stargate SG1 and I have been watching Star Gate SG1 since it first aired over 10 years ago. I plan to buy the whole series one season at a time. I already have Season's 1 and 2. This is one of my all time favorite series besides the whole Star Trek franchise.
