Why are there not more A.Native films on DVD?
This film is so exciting and the DVD is full of interesting details about the making of the film, where and how it is made and the details about the disputes over the script were fascinating-I would be giving it away if I told you what they were. Pato Hoffman was perfect as the vibrant cheyenne warrior chief Hawk, where has he been all my life ? Where is he acting now, as I cannot get Naturally ...

Can't go wrong with the King
Have you ever seen a bad Elvis movie? This is one of our favorite Elvis movies of all time. We love watching this movie and wanted a copy of our own. The DVD came with some postcard pictures inside with Elvis and the cast/crew. They are a great keepsake to have. I would definitely tell anyone to purchase this movie for their collection.Girl Happy

Japanese-American GIs in WWII
This is a very good film directed by Robert Pirosh, who scripted HELL IS FOR HEROES with Steve McQueen, about Japanese-American GIs in WWII trained and assigned to fight in Europe during the war. Taught and brilliantly acted and executed this is one of the best war films to come out of that era. It depicts and addresses many of the social issues of Japanese-Americans detained unjustly but given a ...

Great classic family entertainment
Dan Haggerty shot to instant stardom in the late 1970's with his tough-yet-compassionate mountain man persona in the CBS TV Series "Grizzly Adams." I think many of us wish that they made shows like this one again. Meanwhile, if you want a taste of enjoyable, family-friendly adventure, journey with two "modern kids" who are transported back in time through a magical cave to the land of ...

Times have changed, the heart remains unchanged
A mountain man and modern boy are drawn together through a very special cave linking the present with 1841. Dan Haggerty, who is best know for the 1970's series The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, stars in this movie. Though the beginning credits clearly state that this is an original production, and is in no way related to the Grizzly Adams series, you will find many similarities. I rather ...

GRINDHOUSE...the American term for a theater that mainly showed exploitation films. Grindhouses were known for non-stop, triple-bill programs of B movies, usually consisting of a double feature where two films were shown back to back. Beginning in the late 1960s and especially during the 1970s, the subject matter of exploitation films shown in these theaters often included explicit sex, violence, bizarre or perverse plot points, and other taboo ...

I love horror movies.
(spoilers) I love horror movies. I love B-Movies as well. Nothing makes my day more than a cheesy little film about zombies, monsters, murderers, that sort of thing. But to say that this movie was lacking, is an understatement. This movie was pure trash. You'd think the zombies would look somewhat like what the cover-art of the box displays, but instead, you get actors with masks that are clearly ...

They're Hog Straddling Female Animals On The Prowl!
"The Mini-Skirt Mob" is no classic, but it delivers enough action to make it worthwhile. Diane McBain stars as the leader of a female motorcycle gang (hence the title) who is determined to punish the guy who jilted her. With the aid of her companions, including biker film veteran Jeremy Slate and future cult actor Harry Dean Stanton, she proceeds to harass both her ex-boyfriend (Ross Hagen) and ...

Americana
Made on a shoestring, dircected and starring David Carradine, it's about a Vietnam vet (possibly shell-shocked) who attempts to start up a dilapadated merry-go-round in a small redneck Kansas town, just "for something to do." The town can't understand what he's up to, of course, and makes life miserable for him; but he succeeds in the end. Carradine employs a lot of long, quiet introspective ...

Clever and unique twist on the classic adventure
Phil Nibbelink has taken a bold step with the animation style of PUSS IN BOOTS, using his characteristically cute character designs in a "storybook" style concept quite different from his prior work on "An American Tale: Fievel Goes West" or "We're Back!" While viewers expecting to see animation comparable to "Shrek" are likely to be disappointed, those who sit back and enjoy the story, humor, ...

The acting is pitiful in this movie. The story could have been better. There is some language but for the most part it can be a family movie. I don't recommend it though. It just does give much for entertainment!

Terror ode to old Hollywood.
"Terror Night" (also called "Bloody Movie"). Standard horror set-up as a group of young adults provide the body-count after trespassing in old mansion. The film is given enough quirk and energy to sustain interest. Plot centers around "Lance Haywood" (John Ireland), former screen idol presumed dead. Haywood kills each person according to different film roles. Great cast includes John ...

Ordinary Killer Is Outstanding True Story
This is a great movie shot with some new "no name" actors who are actually very good. Joel Albright was amazing. It was great to see some big time names lend a hand to this small town film. Dan Haggerty from Grizzly Adams fame does a nice job. The acting is very good and believable! I highly recommend this film. Jon Harris Olathe, Kansas
