Rush Hour 3 (Widescreen and Full-Screen)99 reviews
Julie Depardieu, Hiroyuki Sanada

NEW LINE HOME VIDEO, 2007

FUNNY!
I love this movie. It is the best Rush Hour movie made. It is so funny. My husband and I could not wait for it to be released on DVD. The ending is suprising also. You could find it cheaper somewhere else, but worth it.

Jackie Chan's Police Story (Special Collector's Edition)53 reviews

Dragon Dynasty, 2006

Whether you like Chan or not (and who doesn't really?)... you gotta see this!
At least once, although after seeing it... once is never enough! So this is the action/martial arts hybrid movie that has set the gold standard for all the others to come. Many have tried to duplicate it and few have rarely even come close(even it's sequels pale in comparison). Jackie stars and directs masterfully pushing the limits of exciting camera work and of course action and stunts. ...

The Legend of Drunken Master212 reviews
Jackie Chan, Kwok Kuen Chan

Dimension, 2001

5-star movie, best version for casual action fans. . .
I know it's sacrilege to suggest that a cut-down, dubbed DVD is superior in any way to the original. But in this case it does have its advantages. This film (originally titled Drunken Master 2) is JC's best Kung Fu choreography you'll find. This version is shorter than the Hong Kong version, has only dubbing, and replaces the original score. But being as this is such a fantastic fighting ...

Crime Story31 reviews
Jackie Chan, Ken Lo

Dragon Dynasty, 2007

Jackie Chan like you have never seen him before
Jackie Chan takes up his usual cop role in this crime thriller and is hired to protect a very wealthy business man. The business man fears that he is going to be kidnapped, and that is exactly what happens. The kidnappers are holding him for ransom and demand 60 million dollars for his safe return. They order his wife to get the money. The cops do a great job of surveillance on the wife and ...

The Forbidden Kingdom (2-Disc Special Edition) [Blu-ray]51 reviews
Jet Li, Michael Angarano

Lions Gate, 2008

Homage to Kung Fu films of yesterday
Growing up watching Shaw Brother films, cartoons and stories told of the monkey king, drunken kung fu, tiger claw, bride with white hair, and so forth. This film does a nice job of westernizing and paying homage to these type of films. The action was non-stop. Good chemistry among Jackie and Jet. Michael Angarano know to me as Elliot on Wil and Grace did a superb job. Pretty girl Sparrow (I ...

Chan fans shouldn't miss this one
Like most sequels, there is some lack of originality. Jackie is fighting mostly the same gang of criminals although they are a bit more comical than in the first movie. There are some very funny scenes with his super and his girlfriend, although if you don't appreciate bathroom humor you may not think it's all that funny. Of course, there are great fight scenes and stunts as we have come to ...

Rush Hour (Special Edition)306 reviews
Ken Leung, Jackie Chan

New Line Home Video, 2007

Classic Buddy Cop Film!
The original "Rush Hour" remains one of my favorite movies of all time. Jackie and Chris have great on screen chemistry, and the fights are absolutely classic. The film also has fantastic stunts, a wonderful plot, and a great score by Lalo Schifrin. If you love Jackie, and want to see one of his best american films, look no further. "War, huh. What is it good for, absolutely no-thing!"

Drunken Master: entertaining and informative
A high school student recommended I check out this dvd to learn a little bit more about Kung Fu. I'm glad I did. As a dance teacher, I enjoyed Jackie Chan's and the other performers' technical skill, strength, style, humor, beauty of motion, and the similarity between this martial art form and dance.

Walt Disney Video, 2004

Around the World Jackie Chan Style
I remember watching the original "Around the World in 80 Days" on television with my father in the 1970's. Dad and I both agreed the movie was a "yawner" and we were both asleep before it finished. While doing a library search for the Jules Verne book to tie in with the "Galloping the Globe" theme for school I was delighted when I discovered the Walden Media/Walt Disney version of the film. The ...

Warner Home Video, 1999

For the Fans
If you loved the first Cannonball then you'll love the second; in fact if you liked the "Smokey and the Bandit" movies then you like "Cannonball." In my humble opinion, this is a good movie, not a great movie. One that you can watch over and over again, but won't neccessarly be your first choice when picking one out. If you're a fan or this era of movie or Burt Reynolds then you should get ...

Rumble in the Bronx81 reviews
Jackie Chan, Anita Mui

New Line, 1997

Wonderfully entertaining
First, a disclaimer. If you take your cinematography seriously, if you are looking for good acting and a realistic story, this is not the movie for you. But if you enjoy slapstick comedy and a martial arts expert who pushes creativity to a higher level than anyone else, then Jackie Chan's Rumble in the Bronx is the movie for you! The premise of the story is as follows: a young man flies in ...

This film is amazing! Some of the stunts in here make you wonder is Jackie is even human. My favorite Jackie Chan film by far.

Shanghai Noon
The DVD was a gift for my sister and the first DVD sent to her was defective. Half way through playing, it stopped and went back to the beginning. I contacted Amazon and the DVD was replaced free of charge. I was very very pleased with how the whole thing was handled. Amazon even reimbursed me for the shipping I paid to return the first DVD. The second DVD plays fine and my sister is very ...

not bad at all!
since buying this product i've been immersed in nostalgia and thinking ...Why isn't there a Kung-Fu Channel some movies were better than others in addition to the quality and some were'nt strictly in the genre but i would recommend it to people who appreciate what Kung-FU movies of a bygone era represented!
