Dumb & Dumber: the perfect comedy team
"Dumb and Dumber" - what a classic. The movie follows two friends on a cross-country quest to return a lost suitcase to the woman of one's dreams. It is often difficult to tell which is "dumb" and which is "dumber," because each scene becomes more ridiculous. This comedy will keep you laughing from the moment the first scene opens to the credits. Truly, a must-see.

Best Jim Carrey movie ever!
It's a remake of the 1970's movie but Jim Carrey makes it all better. I only can say I strongly recommend this film.

I loved this :->
Why did it take me so long to get around to watching this??? I really loved it. I had heard so many mixed reviews about it, I was sure I wouldn't like it, yet I saw this last night and really loved it. As a fan of Jim Carey, it was a refreshing change to see him play a darker character (while still being comedic). Mathew Broderick who is always fantastic in anything he does, plays Steven ...

5 star funny movie, 1 star treatment on the Blu-ray release :-(
What the heck is going on with the studios that pull out favorites from their libraries and then proceed to put less content on the Blu-ray discs than they did for the DVD releases of the same films? Seriously, if you are going to put out a library title, make darned sure that you offer up a reason to actually spend the money to upgrade and move to Blu instead of just keeping the DVD release and ...

It is like going back in time!
I love this movie...I love it because it lets me go back to 'visit' my Grandmother, who I miss every day of my life. But when I am watching this movie, I am somehow with her again, even if only for a few moments. It also lets me be a 'kid' again...remembering a time long gone by, but never quite forgotten. For me, this is a movie sprinkled with tears but rich with wonderful memories of yesterday. ...

***** ... But WHERE is the SOUNDTRACK???
I saw the film before starting to read the books, yes, and i am a beleiver in CHANGING what needs to be changed to make books into films. Loved this entire film. BUT - and this is a big but - where on earth can one get the score\soundtrack??? The music is easily (for me) THE finest part of the entire production! I have searched for a complete or even partial soundtrack release - to no ...

You will go Batty for Batman!
What a fabulous collection of Batman movies waiting for you! Micheal Keaton, Val Kilmer and George Clooney did a superb job as the Dark Knight fighting off the fabulous villains that we know and love (or hate)! I enjoyed watching these DVDs. They are exciting in every sense of the word! I know you will too!!

80's Vamps Rock
So this movie will bring you back to why you like Vampires in the 80's in the first place, plus its a great character study of the ever evolving Jim Carrey. The movie is fun, the music is all out 80's cheese, but hey, that's what makes it so enjoyable. Buy it, Enjoy it, Sink your Teeth into it.

WOW I really loved this movie!
I just had to place a 5 star "vote" in here for Jim Carrey and the other actor(s). It was so creepy and I was very surprised at the end. I am always pretty good with the predictability of movies so I am impressed how it kept me guessing. (Mini spoiler) no one in the reviews mentioned the fact that the real reason as to why the obsession with 23 began was because of the suicide of the father ...

Fantastic, an underrated classic. Incredible film
This film might be a little young to be a classic, but at nine years old it hasn't aged a minute. It's an incredible exploration of the human psyche and spirit, to be sure, but it's also a love story. The love story is between Truman Burbank and his true self. In his trueness to himself, he cannot accept this reality as presented by Christof. When he starts trying to escape it, things and ...

Eternal harmony of heart and mind
I remember trying to catch up with myself while watching this movie. This movie was growing on on me at so many different levels that my consciousness couldn't keep abreast. I remember being swooped in by the ingenuity of the concept while simultaneously being humbled by the ruthless honesty with which the emotional lives of the characters - especially Joel's - have been traced. The plot and ...

For those who hated the first two.
I liked this movie. Was it too bright and too campy? Yes. But at least it had an actor who could give the dark knight justice. Kilmer destroys Keaton hands down. Kidman destroys Pfeifer hands down. Carry, genius. Jones, brilliant. Goofy, funny, memorable. The best of the origial four. Recommended.

A Small Boy With a Big Heart
Simon Birch is an incredible film about boys, Simon Birch (Ian Michael Smith) and Joe Wenteworth (Joseph Mazzello) who play two twelve-year-olds who become best friends. Simon Birch plays a dwarf who thinks that god had a "plan" for him to do something big; he thinks he is a miracle child. Joe is really the only person who sees Simon as a normal child. He is really nice to Simon and they always ...
