It was better than I expected, I had lots of laughs, but the real show in this movie are the martial arts of Jacky Chan! It really shows how powerful (and fast) he was in his young adulthood. Excellent movie for fans!

I will start off by saying that I have this on DVD as well and this review will be based in comparison to it in terms of video/audio quality. At first I was a bit skeptical about this one, I am not too familiar with studios doing transfers from over seas. But just wow, this video transfer is definitely a step up from the DVD! ...

this movie was one of the greatest martial arts flicks i've ever seen. It had every thing one would expect from a kung-fu flick-drama,betrayal,lost love revenge and one of the best swordsplay i've ever seen in a very long time.Kudos to this movie and i highly recommend this movie to any one who craves martial arts as much as I do.

Why is there no Region 1 DVD release of Sleeping Beauty available? All of the other Cannon Movietales (except this and the Frog Prince)are available. I think it is unfair that the two best ones are not available. Please release this and the Frog Prince on region 1 DVD. Pretty please!!!
