It shows fighters with all kinds of disciplines such as jiu-jitsu, judo, karate, kickboxers, wrestlers, etc. Yes, in some fights, they 2 opponents did hang on to the cage for a long time 5-8 minutes but that did not reduce the excitement. Besides I got these 2 DVD's for only 10 dollars from Walmart. Can't go wrong with that!
