let me swim in a new way
I bought the book. with this DVD, I can have more insight on how to swim like those swimmers that I saw in Olympic races. I have been swimming for 20 years, but without a coach I struggle on how to swim better. This DVD really helps me to teach myself with my own peace and in a more logical way to improve my style. Highly recommended for those who take swimmimng as a lifetime sprots.

I never learned how to swim as a child, but am fairly athletic and can run 10 miles at a time at a good pace. Better than I expected
This set has more information than all six DVD's I purchased over the last two years. It is as advertised, and the best value. I just finished the set and am looking forward to starting over many more times. If you want to learn spanish, this set is a step above the rest.

If you were to buy only one beginning Spanish DVD, this would be the one to buy. Susy is a wonderful musician, teacher, and entertainer. My 2 and 4 year olds just ADORE her. My husband and I also find ourselves singing along too!
