Dynamic Flexibility-Self Stretching Program
Tim Agnew's new DVD for home stretching will become a staple in my therapy office. The verbage can be easily understood by patients, yet gives them a very good education about why and what this will do to help them. These techniques can be easily incorporated as a tool for self care. I am also impressed that this does not seem overwhelming in content--which means better patient compliance. ...

Very Helpful
This DVD was what I needed to learn yoga. I am not what could be called limber by any stretch of the imagination and yoga always seemed intimidating. Judi was able to get me past that with her good instruction and gentlew voice. She explains the poses in detail at a pace that I was able to follow and the DVD seemed designed for me in how she made each pose accessible with many ...

Perfect for me
I know I need to stretch. My body tells me so from the aches in my neck and shoulders, to the pains in my hips, knees, and feet. Most stretches rely on yoga-type poses. I don't really like yoga. I just wanted good, basic athletic type stretches that I could work into, and not have to feel like a pretzel or have some mystical experience. This DVD was for me. The are five 10 minute segments, so ...

Flexibility Made Accessible
This is an excellent video of how to be flexible, using real people. The teacher's flexibility is amazing, such as a hamstring stretch with her leg stretched all the way up to her head on the floor. She says that if you stretch every day, you can do this too. The video is a good tool to help a person find this inner flexibility with many useful and easy to follow exercises. It is very ...

Really great for beginners!
I know nothing about yoga and just finished this workout for the first time. The first session is great with simple instructions and nothing too difficult. It went by so quick that I finished both sessions thinking it was still the first one split into two smaller sessions. I am excited to continue improving with this DVD so that I can move on to slightly more advanced ones.

Keeping fit series is good for women in their 50s
I purchased the series and liked all three, particularly flexibility. I was glad to see inspiring women my age in the DVD and thought their approach was realistic and not too frenzied. The exercises were familiar but effective. On the other hand, the timing can be a bit off, so the counts during workouts aren't perfectly symmetrical. The explanations take quite a bit of time, but those can be ...

Still The Best
I first discovered Bob's book decades ago, while I was teaching Iyengar Yoga. Some of my students wanted "just stretching," without the philosophy and other hype attached to Yoga. Bob's book was just what they needed. It's basic, safe stretching. No scenic backgrounds, no lobotomized Zen practitioners in rainbow spandex -- just real people doing real stretches. Bob does seem slightly ...

Great Video
Excellent stretches; very helpful for those of us with stiff muscles. Minor quibble: a little too much talking occasionally between stretches.

Great Routines
I recently viewed this DVD in order to learn some good stretching techniques for martial arts and I was not dissapointed. All three of the routines are excellent and stretch the entire body. No matter what the athletic endeavor, I think this DVD provides the perfect stretching routine.

Getting younger every day.
I really like this exercize program. I us it every day. OK - I'm 60 years old, 5'11' and weight 225 lbs. Most of what she does I can not do completely but every day I do it a little more. I am making progress and gaining flexibility I haven't had in 40 years. Since I began this program I have gone on to yoga regularly and bicycling. I feel great.

Refreshingly Simple
This is the 1991 VHS version transferred to DVD. I have to admit that the outfits are a bit outdated, but aside from that, I enjoyed the video and really appreciate the ten minutes dedicated to neck and shoulder stretches as that's what I wanted this DVD for. I tend to carry a lot of stress in this area of my body and my chiropractor recommended that I find a video that concentrated on that area ...

EASE into exercizing
Overweight, stiff, and turning 40... that is where I was last summer. I began walking with my neighbor, watching what I ate, and losing weight. By spring, and post gall bladder surgery, I was ready to step things up a bit and get back some range of motion, strength, and tone. I bought this DVD because it was inexpensive and looked straight-forward, not too long either. It was PERFECT for me ...

Six years Later
I started using this CD six years ago (see earlier review) and it got me into shape gradually. I gradually started walking up to 2 miles, then added bicyling. Eventually, I did the MS 150 (75 miles one way!). I lost 40 pounds and went from size 22 to size 10! This occurred over a period of three years. Then, I had a hysterectomy with complications. During the months of recuperation, I lost ...

Nice Beginner Program
This is my first yoga DVD and so far I don't think I could have made a better choice. The length of the routines in the Getting Started section are all about 20-30 minutes. The instruction is really clear and the routines move at a comfortable pace. After about 3 weeks of using this DVD twice a week for about a half hour I started finding that that my body is able to do a little more each ...

truly an ultimate stretch!
This is one of the first DVD's I bought from Ravi & Ana, I still think it is one of the best out of all of them. I was turned onto kundalini yoga from the AM/PM dvd, and wanted to check out some of their other dvds. I usually practice forrest yoga and vinyasa flow, but there is just something about kundalini that makes me feel great after each workout! This DVD is a good level for everyone. I ...

An Inflexible Man
I am pretty inflexible especially since I stopped working out awhile ago and now tyring to get back into it. This is great in how it lays everything out clearly and addresses the needs of people like myself and I found myself getting stronger and more flexible after a a month and a half, so I am pleased with my progress though I have a way to go still.

Excellent stretch in 30 minutes.
As a personal trainer, the hardest part of my job is getting clients to stretch. Most find it boring, others feel it's a waste of time. The rest try to do stretches but just have no idea what they are actually aiming for or where they should be feeling it. 90% of the people I see stretching (instructors included) have no idea what muscle they are stretching and don't know where they should be ...

I love Fat Free Yoga! Its helped me get my last few extra pounds off while actually enjoying the process. I'm totally addicted to it and I do it everyday. I used to be gym obsessed, but now all I do is one or more of the four 19 minute sets and I feel better than I've ever felt before. The matrix is not confusing, like DVDs by other fitness people who make it too darn complicated, so I can get my ...

I trained as a dancer (tap, jazz, ballet demi and Pointe) from age 3 to 19 years old. I am 32 and out of shape, very overweight. This DVD is wonderful. I cried the first time because it was memory lane for me. Elise takes you through the basics of ballet. Don't think this is she she foofoo workout. This is hard core kick your butt workout. You will sweat. I have had the DVD for 3 weeks now and I ...
