Style over Substance
Caper movies have been well served in the 90's and to some extent into the noughties. Movies like Ocean's Eleven, The Grifters, Heist and many others, have raised the bar for the con artist on the silver screen. `Confidence' aims high, and just scrapes over the bar, but without much room to spare. The plot - well, it would spoil it to tell.. but even if I wanted to it would be difficult, as ...

Great movie! Classic Super Mario.
This video is a lot of fun. It's really long, and it's definitely classic Super Mario Bros. My kids ask for it over and over. Also check out the Super Mario Bros King Koopa Katastrophe. That's good too! Highly recommend these DVDs!

Tom and Jerry Tales, vol. 2
Our grandchildren love to watch all the Tom and Jerry videos. I must also say that our grown children and their father sit there and watch them together. I also love the videos too! What they make today for TV isn't what I like our grandchildren to watch.

Great video, fantastic instruction
This is a GREAT video for anyone learning to skate, up to those wanting to learn the more advanced tricks. My six year old got a skateboard and really caught the bug - he desperately wanted to learn how to skate and do tricks, but I had no idea how to help him get started. This video was a god-send! It spells out very clearly how to start, teaches the fundamentals, what bad habits to avoid, ...

Awesome DVD and I still have 10 fingers!
This was a complete guide to using knives in the kitchen, which may sound dry, but was funny and entertaining. It is a great price and great value for anyone looking to sharpen their own cooking skills. Plus these guys teach cooking classes in Berkeley at Kitchen on Fire, so I can check them out in person!

Charming, fast paced and romantic film
This is a romantic, funny and very sexy movie. My friends (straight and gay) always enjoy watching it at my place. The guys are really hot; the story is somewhat suspenseful and the music is great. Tori Spelling is hilarious; there is electricity between the male leads and the movie is quite fast paced.

My opinion
I think that this movie accurately describes a couple of things: first the good and bad side of people. And secondly the, (what I consider appropriate response to someone or something that poses a deadly threat to those around themselves). I think that the kids who reacted to the imminent threat only done it out of preservation for each other and so they represented a higher standard of living. ...

DC VIDEO equals awesome
By far the best skate film I have seen in years, if not the best skate film i have ever seen. I bought it on DVD when it came out and two days ago i bought it on UMD for the PSP and let me say if you have a PSP buy the DC VIDEO on UMD it has Danny Way jumping the Great Wall of China and a bunch of other cool bonus features, you can pick it up from a company called Silver Platter. This video ...

This dvd builds my self esteem, and for some reason my wife enjoys it too!
I saw this dvd and the title immediately caught my interest. It not only gives me erections beyond belief after watching two potentially homosexual muscular men bending and twisting into compromising and provocative positions, but it also builds my self esteem upon seeing the smaller members of the two men. I thought my wife would find this disgusting, but she enjoyed every minute of it! (though ...

How to Get Laid
Sorry for being blunt, but that's what guys want to know! I don't know of an easier way to break the ice than a magic trick, and the ones that Vanel teaches on this DVD are so frickin' easy to learn/master that they will NO DOUBT get you conversing with whomever you want while making you out to be a rockstar at the same time. The rest is up to you, but how can you pass on an advantage like that?

So clever, witty and engaging. I wish the series had lasted longer. One of the funniest, smartest shows on TV. Phenomenal acting by both actors, and Alan Davies is so cute as well!

It's Real
It's interesting that some of the reviews state the audio is poor quality and cameras are overexposed and that it seems a little home-made. That's exactly why I like this DVD. It's an actual concert and for whatever reason, I feel I am there, in the streets of Rockford, and a part of the audience. The audio is actually quite decent, however, the microphones do pick up a lot of the ambient crowd ...

Awesome Heavy Metal Horror!
This. Movie. ROCKS! Marc Price (Skippy from Family Ties) is pretty good in this, and Tony Fields does an excellent job as Sammi Curr. I especially loved the cameos by Gene Simmons (From KISS) And Ozzy Osbourne. He had the best cameo as a preacher revealing the evils of Rock 'N' Roll. I had to buy the VHS, though I knew it was also on DVD, but I hear the quality's inferior. I know the VHS quality ...

Cuna De Lobos
Xenon, 2007
Classic, no doubt
Reading reviews about the telenovelas being released on DVD, the most common complaint is that the release is not the complete series, rather an edited version. Cuna De Lobos was 170 episodes when it originally aired. Even if you can get 4 episodes on a disc, that is 40 + discs. Televisa/Xenon won't do that. I personally don't mind the edited versions not so much as you get rid of the ...

Hilarious TV movie with Cindy Williams and Markie Post...
I'm so glad someone remembered what a great movie this was and decided to put it on DVD! I used to have the VHS copy and remember the tag line on the box, "A Beverly Hills housewife. A Hollywood hooker. This could get tricky." Too bad they didn't keep that on the DVD cover. Cindy Williams (Laverne & Shirley) and Markie Post (Night Court) were perfectly cast and had great chemistry together. ...
