Support Your Local Gunfighter/Support Your Local Sheriff35 reviews
James Garner, Joan Hackett

United Artists, 2002

Support your local Sheriff/ Support your local Gunfighter
I purchased the following two movies from Amazon. Both are funny movies if you like a good western and comedy together. James Garner, Harry Morgan and Jack Elam are an outstanding group of actors in this movie. If I didn't have the two movies listed above I would purchase them. Amazon.com is a great place to purchase movies. If you like these movies I would strongly urge you to buy them. They are ...

Surf Ninjas41 reviews
Dathan Aragon, Phillip Bayless

New Line Home Video, 2002

"Because as we all know, Money Can't Buy Knives!"
This movie, along with Xanadu is my secret shame. I shouldn't have watched it more than once, but I did. I shouldn't laugh, but I do. This is a stupid, stupid movie and I love it. The best way to describe this movie is "Chairman of the Board" (Carrot Top's movie. Yes, I've seen that one too) meets "3 Ninjas". The humor is stupid, but never low-brow (except for Leslie Nielsen's ...

The Killing82 reviews
Sterling Hayden, Coleen Gray

MGM (Video & DVD), 1999

a cool caper flick
Not directed, written, or edited like other crime films which makes it even more interesting. The Killing is a sharp and skillfully done crime film. Several plotlines involving different characters are successfully interwoven into one story about a racetrack robbery. The characters George, his gold digger wife Sherry, and Sherry's lover Val are great characters with a great plot. Sterling Hayden ...

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Special Edition)204 reviews
Dick Van Dyke, Sally Ann Howes

MGM (Video & DVD), 2003

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Full Screen Edition)
I bought this movie for my 2.5-year old son, after he fell in love with the original version of Mary Poppins movie. Now, he cannot have enough of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and all the features that this magical car has. He loves the music and songs, as well as the story line. It's a great movie to watch for the whole family once in a while.

Salem's Lot166 reviews
David Soul, James Mason

Warner Home Video, 1999

Best Vampire Movie Ever
I've seen "Salem's Lot" about a bizillion times and I still LOVE IT! The cast is great, the plot moves along, and the part that I still love is when I finally get to see the elusive "Mr. Barlow." Spooookkkyy! Just the thought of having "Mr. Barlow" putting his fangs in my neck gives me the heebie jebbies!

Pilates Complete For Weight Loss78 reviews
Karen Garcia

Bodywisdom Media, Inc., 2004

Good for all fitness levels
My college age daughter, my mother and me all wanted to start doing Pilates. We went to a couple classes together but after a few weeks, the kid found it too easy, mom found it a little too challenging and I loved it. I go this video because it had 3 levels on it and thought we could all use it. It's great. Beginner is very easy, modified and at a very easy pace. The intermediate section ...

Ray Baker, Maryedith Burrell

Walt Disney Video, 2003

My favorite movie!
As a huge General Hospital fan I fell in love with Jonathan Jackson who happens to be in this movie. I watched it and ended up falling in love with this movie. Christopher Lloyd is hilarious. If you want a good laugh for you and/or your kids, this is a great movie. Its filled with laughter and some really good lessons in life lessons.

Winsor Pilates Ab Sculpting - Sculpt Your Body Slim5 reviews

Guthy-Renker, 2002

Awesome ab workout!
From all the Winsor DVD's this one is by far the most effective and my favorite. This video is approximately 20 minute long and focuses solely on ab or the "core" muscles. I have never had stronger and more defined abs! I love my mid section now, because of this video. I have been doing the Winsor pilates videos for about 4 months, and I've lost weight, toned my muscles, and have fun every ...

I'd like to be you for a day...
Yours truly is in ecstasy right now. Here it is, Freaky Friday on DVD. I've had it on VHS for some time now and have been patiently waiting for the DVD release. And here it is. I've popped it in and the title sequence is playing now, ahhh the warm memories. When I first saw this movie with some friends of mine it had a huge impact on my life. I can't help but think that my core philosophy has ...

Cahill - United States Marshal16 reviews
John Wayne, Gary Grimes

Warner Home Video, 2007

The ever great John Wayne
As usual, John Wayne shines in this movie. He teaches his children a lesson and shows his consistent courage in all situations. You can never go wrong with one of his movies. He is the greatest western actor that ever lived.

Windsor Castle - A Royal Year14 reviews
Barbara Flynn, Queen Elizabeth II

Acorn Media, 2006

Fascinating.....and the British can keep 'em!!
I bought this as I am both fascinated and repelled by the British monarchy. The pomp and ceremony are quite interesting and way over the top (Christmas caroling to the queen's horses in the royal stables!). QE2 comes off as stodgy and not in touch with the real world. As an American, after viewing this DVD, I really cannot decide which is worse -- spending thousands of dollars for a toilet on a ...

Party at the Palace: Queen's Golden Jubilee / Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney, Queen, Rod Stewart, Annie Lennox, ...1 review
Eric, Paul

KULTUR VIDEO, 2008

It was a nice Party
Have always regrded the British Royals as having outstayed their welcome a bit - especially the younger generation - but I must say that this concert, celebrating the Queen's 50th year of Queendom, is really quite moving and positive. Most of the Brit (and some US favorites) pop establishment appears - Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey look fabulous! - but for some not-very-mysterious reason the ...

Winsor Pilates Basic 3 DVD Workout Set Total Body Sculpting {Basics Step-By-Step, 20 Minute Workout, ...29 reviews
Mari Winsor, 2003

Better Than Expected
Yes, I got sucked in by a late night infomercial... and this program is better then I expected. The pace and level of difficulty are good for beginners. Mari explains things pretty well and her "students" do a good job of demonstrating. I used them for many months before I started looking for more Pilates DVDs. A good purchase.

Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed34 reviews
Peter Cushing, Veronica Carlson

Warner Home Video, 2004

Believe it or not, one of the BEST "Frankenstein" films!
Hammer did 7 Frankenstein films from the late 50s to early 70s: The Curse of Frankenstein (1957) The Revenge of Frankenstein (1958) The Evil of Frankenstein (1964) Frankenstein Created Woman (1967) Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed (1969) The Horror of Frankenstein (1970) Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell (1973) Peter Cushing played Baron Frankenstein in every one of these except ...
