As a huge General Hospital fan I fell in love with Jonathan Jackson who happens to be in this movie. I watched it and ended up falling in love with this movie. Christopher Lloyd is hilarious. Better Than Expected
Yes, I got sucked in by a late night infomercial... and this program is better then I expected. The pace and level of difficulty are good for beginners. Mari explains things pretty well and her "students" do a good job of demonstrating. I used them for many months before I started looking for more Pilates DVDs. A good purchase.
