The product is satisfactory. The delivery was timely. Unfortunately, this product is slightly undersized for my needs. Apparently, the 16x25x4 filter that I have bought in the past signifies the actual dimensions instead of just a designation based on rounded-off dimensions as is the case for this product (15.5 x 24.5 x 3.63"). I used some folded up cardboard to fill in the 1/2" gap below ...
