Ended up having to buy a different chipset and mainboard, because this one was shipped dead. PC Universe and GearsXS are both blacklisted by me. Never had dead parts sent from Egghead (Good eggs in a rotten field). No affiliation with any store mentioned above, just personal experience from parts shipped DOA (Dead On Arrival).
