Best charger-battery combo for the Canon HV20
The title says it all. It even came with an auto adapter and it works with non-US voltage/current. Too bad I left mine in the hotel in China! :-( At least it's cheap and I will buy another. Bonus: the charger also has a set of LEDs that light up to serve as a flashlight when a charged cell is in place-- a veeery neat feature.

Has been working fine so far.
Pros: Very portable. Very light. The AC prongs can be hidden away and the unit can be powered by the detachable cigarette lighter charger. Nice indicator light. Fits my batteries very snugly. Cons: none so far, but I'll let you know if anything explodes!

if you need juice for your camcorder, this will get you through it without any problems. it has plenty of power for about 4 hours nonstop recording, so you can record several tapes before needing to recharge. it's a about twice the size of the stock battery, but holds 4x more.
