Warning - this product won't fit many LCD's
I had to return this product, because it won't fit either of my LCD TV's. Before you order, take a look at the back of your TV. If the back is essentially vertical this product won't work. The back legs need to be supported by back of the TV. Otherwise it's easy to assemble and appears to be of high quality.

Great Product!
I bought two of these to hold my cable box and dvd player. I took the advice of others who have purchased these and flipped them over and mounted the legs on the other side for a much cleaner looking mount. They work great on my 73" inch dlp tv. I would highly recommend this if your looking for a sturdy shelf.
