Product shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately the product itself was deffective and would not charge my iPod while it was transmitting. Thankfully Belkin has an excellent RMA program where they send you the replacement before you send them the busted one. All in all a good transaction since the replacement works great.
