I have tried many types of CD-R's to record music and I have found that you absolutely must have a MUSIC CD-R to get the fullest, richest sound. And of the MUSIC CD-R's, I have found that the MEMOREX brand gives the richest sound with the most overtones. very worth it!
The gold cap and the 580 EX II flash is an excellent combination for indoor shots under tungsten lighting. Just set the white balance to tungsten, put the gold cap on the flash, bounce the light and you get nice warm pictures. I use the white cap for daytime. I haven't had the chance to use the green cap yet, since I don't have a magenta filter to go along with it.

Great for warming up portraits
I got this to warm up portraits of my wife as she didn't like the pictures of her the cooler-colour light the flash makes by default resulted in. It works great - very pleased with the output and my wife thinks the pictures of her are much more flattering and now won't let my lens point in her direction without this on the flash.
