Great data storage
I bought this for my Asus eee pc. I bought it to store music so I wouldn't have to use up the internal memory. It holds a lot - I'm not sure how much because I haven't filled it up yet, but I have over 50 cd's on it and there's still plenty of room. No encryption but inexpensive and fast enough
I like this drive alot. I has a light, weak feel about it. Huge size and fast transfers (even in Vista) are its strengths. It has no encryption. But I found an application that can encrypt and lock your thumb drive... its call TrueCrypt. Upon insertion of drive, a password prompt come up. I love this drive!

I had the 2GB and traded up for the 4GB. I carry this thing everywhere. I gave the 2GB to my sister and she loves it too. I will only replace this when the 8GB comes out. I use it for work fun and taking cool videos to friends.

Unobtrusive USB drive
I bought the DataTraveler Mini especially because of its low profile. It's great for use with a laptop computer where a larger drive might be awkward to use. It isn't the fastest flash drive I've ever used; its performance with portable applications is slow, but it's adequate for storing files. It comes with Migo software for synchronizing files, if you want that sort of thing.

Price is good ($37.03 from another vender), but SLOW
With the price I was paying, I knew something had to be wrong. My assumption was confirmed when it took an hour to trasfer less than 500Mb of data. I gave it three stars, two for price, the other because it hasn't failed yet. I would have expected better transfer speed from a usb flash drive from Kingston, but I guess this is what you get on their low end hardware. -- Mike
