For the price, you can't beat it
I can only speak for using this in podcasting, but for a podcast, you don't need any more than this. It sounds really good for such a cheap price. Really, you could do much worse. Just remember, you'll need phantom power to use it. Kudos!

The answer to the discontinued HD 497
I purchased these headphones and was pleasantly surprised to learn they are virtually identical to the much missed HD 497 headphones. If you check the specifications you'll notice the similarity. There is actually a slightly lower bass end (about 2kh). The only other difference is the earphone casing is black instead of silver. Not only that, I discovered that when I needed to replace the cord ...

Wonderful!
As a music director, I bought this for its portability to record concerts in stereo. Just hook it up to a laptop computer (plugs into a USB port) and record away - anywhere! The resulting WAV file is already on the computer ready to tweak in Sound Forge. The stereo sound quality is rich and accurate. We have been very impressed.

Great speakers for the money
Paid half the price than what most retailers were selling them for. No complaints on the sound either.

Excellent Value
I bought this for use with Hip Hop vocals as well as RnB. This mic produces a very clear, transparent sound. For $300, this is a valuable mic. I pair this with a Focusrite Trackmaster Pro preamp (also $300) and the sound is big with very little color. This is a perfect match for what I do.
Behringer C1 Large Diaphragm Studio Condenser Microphone w/ Accessory Bundle
The BEHRINGER C-1 is a professional and super-affordable large-diaphragm condenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern. It provides all the performance you'd expect in a top-notch professional condenser microphone: exceptionally flat frequency response, ultra low-noise transformerless FET input circuitry and incredible audio transparency. With its high-quality transducer and gold-plated XLR output, the C-1 is very neutral-sounding and truly ...

Just Superb
I bought these to monitor audio on my videocamera. They seal out ambient sound very well -- in fact, I have trouble hearing anything someone says to me in a normal speaking voice with these headphones on. Sound is crisp and flat, just what I wanted to monitor audio.

Excellent Speakers
These Infinity BETA 20's had sounded incredible as part of the sides of my 7.1 Surround System. They were matched up with the Infinity Beta 40's and Alpha 37C Center Channel Speaker for the fronts, sides were the Infinity Beta 20's but now Beta 40's, and the rears the Beta ES250 Surrounds. All are driven by the Onkyo TX-SR805 powerful 130 Watts x 7. I have moved these to my Living Room...Crank ...

Great sound! ... except for the high-pitched self-noise
I got this microphone to record voiceover narration for a video. There are points where there will only be narration, and no music or background audio. Although it sounds pretty good for a USB mic, in that it gives a rich, faithful reproduction, there is a noticeable pitch generated by the microphone itself. This self-noise is audible during quiet moments or even when speech is recorded, if ...

Great sound, complicated install
I always loved the sound and bass from Pioneer speakers and subs, and still do. But some idiot decided to remake the outside edge of the speaker. The smaller Pioneer speakers now come with a plastic rim to mount on the outside of the speaker (bad idea) This plastic retainer is held down by some microscopic screws. I don't think they can withstand the constant vibration over time. Hopefully mine ...

Designed especially with home-studio owners and musicians in mind, our new B-1 features a 1" capsule that captures your sounds with incredible realism, sensitivity, and accuracy. Its wide frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz is enhanced by a pronounced presence boost, making equalization unnecessary in many cases. Its cardioid polar pattern, switchable high-pass filter and -10 dB pad, SPL of 148 dB, and unusually low inherent noise make it ...

Worth Every Penny What you pay For
I connected to Test this with Yam RXV663 along with POLK Audio R50 Main Channel to test it, through the supplied capacitor, sounded very good. Quality of the high frequency was very clear not tinny sound as most of the folks reported, am sure it is going to sound much better if conncted via proper x over network. Bought this as a Gift to my brother who was in need of a tweeter, will post ...

Outstanding Listening
This is an amazing speaker/s. I first purchased Polk Audio RT35 speakers on Ebay and I received them damaged. I then purchased the Infinity P162. There was a world of difference in clarity. I can't say the sound of the Polks wasn't effected by the Postal Service shipping. They obviously were handled very roughly. Broken grill, damaged corner, broken hanger. But the Polks retailed for $100 ...

Infinity shines again.............
This is a must for the serious minded critic of Movies or Audio. This center channel speaker will part the hair on your head. Pure clean clarity that is unequaled by the large budget speaker manufactures. In time this speaker will only become sharper and a joy to the ears. The only drawback is the massive size of this incredible center channel speaker. This speaker was produced to enjoy and it ...

CAD M179 mic ROCKS!!!
I have used many mics over the years, from AKG's to Neumann's, and as you know, they're pretty costly but get you that great full warm sound. I always thought that to get that sound, you needed to shell out the bucks for studio time in the places that use them. How can you get that sound for less than $1,000 (and that's IF you're lucky enough to find them for that price!!!)? GET YOURSELF THIS CAD ...
