I like the included tips for my shure e5c's much better than these (the grey silicone). They isolate better than any other tip on the market aside from molds. But if your ears get warm they get really soft and come out. Then you have to wait until they cool down to put them back in. They also get itchy and make my ears sore, probably because of the heat. I ordered these (after the triple flanged version) and please note that they are the SMALL version. They look like they will fit in a child's ear, but they will not create a good seal if you have average-large sized ears. You need to go to etymotic.com to get the large size.

They're just like the OEM ear tips that came with the Voyager 510 BT headset. They come complete w/ the o-rings that keep them snuggly fit into the headset. The windscreens look kind of questionable to me... I didn't end up using them. They don't replace the mesh screen that's on the microphone boom of the headset, they simply slip over it like a sock. Work as advertised
I have average-size ears, and these eartips are comfortable and provide a tight seal. I've worn them for hours on airplane flights without my ears hurting or getting tired of them. They block out external noise so well that I've stopped using the noise-canceling headphones I bought a while back and now use the ER6i instead.
