Ergo is the way to go.
I was very skeptical of the ergo mat at first. I thought it would be to stiff and make my wrists uncomfortable. After using it one day i was in love with it and then i had to have the memory foam wrist wrest. It has made my fingers, wrists,and elbows feel soooooooo much better. A+++++. Great product and a great buy.
