MacBook Pro plug and go
Ordered from here after reading other places that it was MBP compatible and needed no extra drivers, performs as advertised! Just pulled it straight from the package and clicked it into my xpress34 slot. You don't even know it is recognized until you actually put a card in. I inserted my SD card to test and the image capture app opened up like i have it set to do. Nice addition to the MBP, even ...

Nice but I blew it
I purchased this card through Amazon and was amazed at how good it worked. My wife, sho usually doesn't want me to spend the money on gadgets was amazed and agreed that it was money well spent. We used the unit on our trips in our RV until I reached for the antenna and, charged with static electricity, blew the digital side out. If you get one, be very careful of static electricity if you ...

Super Portable, Easy to use. Worth it for the traveler
I bought the Mogo Mouse X54 for use with my Dell XPS m1330 Laptop. It fits the bill perfectly. Super compact, tucks away for easy storage and charging. It takes some getting used to though. If you're used to having the solid feel of a full size mouse in your hand, you'll be a little out of sorts at first. When inserted into the Expresscard slot, the Mogo Mouse sticks out from the side a few ...

So Far Excellent
I am a photographer, and the images I take can be quite large. I sometimes transfer 8 gigs at a time off of my camera's compact flash cards. This card is amazingly fast and cuts my transfer times down to probably a third or less of what it used to take when I used a USB card reader. I am very pleased so far.

Works well with my MacBook Pro
Before buying this, I found that some of the other options (34-in-1 cards and so on) did have some issues with Mac OS X, people had to remove the card and reboot after being in sleep mode and boot without the card reader inserted in the expresscard slot. I didn't find any reviews on this card, but I took a chance and bought it anyway. And it works nicely. I have tried rebooting, putting the ...

Unbeatable Practicality in Notebook Sound
I raise an eyebrow at reviews that contain statements like, "I'm pretty sure they are all defective." My experience with this card has been nothing short of stellar, and others share the same experience. This card is not marketed as a gaming soundcard, although it will handle games. The main purpose of this card is to give you unparalleled sound for music and movies, and it definitely delivers ...

Best Wireless Investment
This card works better than my original wireless in my laptop. I have actually noticed a visible speed improvement in both using this with my dual band router and other routers at my job. The power drain on the battery is not even noticeable (about 15 minutes off the battery life)

Works well as advertised...sticks out of the slot though...
Excellent product for what it advertises to do. Works extremely well on Windows Vista. Highly recommend for laptops (needs the pci express slot for charging, guess that rules out pc's). Compatible with Dell Media Direct and Vista Media Center. Charges automatically in the slot. Negative - Sticks out about half an inch from slot, shape feels slightly awkward in hand Overall an excellent ...

Works just as I would have expected
I bought this for my Dell XPS M1330 which has an internal card reader for -everything- but Compact Flash. Being a Canon 40D user, I wanted something internal, and it seems as this is one of the only solutions. It works just fine, but the only gripe I have (which is the reason for a 4-star rating) is that the "ends" stick out of the side of the laptop about a quarter of an inch. I haven't ...

Bought this as a cheaper back up for my hp laptop because hp charges $20 for the same remotes or the other one in black for media center capabilities, just so happens this remote is silver and black and matches my special edition white and silver laptop, although I must warn you the m=that three of the media keys all take you to quick play, but it still controlls media in programs already open ...

Works well
I had a PC card style smart card reader but when I purchased a new laptop that only had an express card slot, I had to replace it and found this one on Amazon. Of course, none of the readers usually include that software. This ...

A little "extra" storage memory for a solid state notebook
I purchased this product as a "test" - as some previous reviews complained about its read/write speed. As I own a sub 3-lb notebook with 64 GByte total Solid-State "hard drive" - I wanted some "semi-permanent" (32 GByte in this case) - additional on-board storage - that I could place IN the express card slot and essentially "forget about it" - and basically store ALL of my documents on the ...

works great in linux
Works flawlessly in Linux with drivers in the mainline kernel. Once the right drivers are in the kernel (I compile my own...not sure whether or not they're in most prebuilt kernels), it just works when you put the card in. I get great transfer speeds with my 750GB Seagate FreeAgent. You need "Silicon Image 3124/3132 SATA support" and PCI-Express HotPlug support enabled (pciehp module).
