As other customer said, when I opened the box, I didn't realized it is refurbished. It is like brand new and I didn't have any problem with it yet. The only problem is since the screen is 5", it uses more battery but because I use it in car and always connected to charger, there is no problem at all.

Works very well as a GPS, and that's the important point. It is not compatible with Vista, and the costumer support was terrible. It looked like they are aware of the problem and they have no solution, but they don't want to admit it, so the give me various task to do, which obviously don't help but hopefully you will give up contacting them. As everyone else said, just ask TomTom customer support for a free map update. Tell them you get a message that unit is out of "1 month map guarantee" but you bought it just few days ago. CS rep will talk to supervisor and ask for the receipt. Send them a receipt and they should give you free map update.
