Worth the extra $$
This may be a bit over the usual price for a $5-$10 USB hub you can find here at Amazon or your local Fry's, but the quality and just great look of the product compensate for any problems. It works flawlessly, even with those pesky external drives that require a 2-1 USB cable to have adequate power. Add to that the extra handy ports on top for thumb drives. It looks great next to my iPod dock ...

Flash Voyager GT 8GB
Good combination of speed and space makes the extra $ for the GT version worth it. Applications snap on the GT compared to my previous USB device (on my previous flash drive they were barely usable). Space gives me enough room for all my portable applications and data, including my full website with backup. I can now leave the laptop home much more often with access to computers that allow USB ...

It doesn't get any better...
I was looking for more ports, in a form factor to match my existing linksys stack which includes a cable modem, and a Wireless G router with a few ports. I now have 16 more ports sitting on top of my stack, at a VERY reasonable price, and I have all the expansion I need for YEARS. I've got 5 PC's and a network printer, storage, blah blah blah. THis is just a great value ... and kept my compact ...

Perfect Every Time
Perfect burns every disc. I have used hundreds of these without a problem. Verbatim reliability outperforms and outlasts all of the competition. Printing to the hub is nice plus, the final printed disc always looks and plays professionally. I have tried other brands and always regret it, too many wasted burns.

Taiyo Yuden
Allows full speed
The reason I purchased Taiyo Yuden discs is because the Plextor site has a list of "approved media," and T.Y. ranks very high in a number of categories. They show full 52X on Plex-Tools and Nero tests, so it's not just my imagination that they run fast and without error. The white surface offers a good background for marking artist's name and title with a Sharpie marker. Good discs.

The best hub out there!
I recently bought a Dell laptop and it does not send enough power down the USB line to drive my scanner. Technical support recommended a powered USB hub. I tried just about all the major brands (Belkin, D-Link, Linksys, etc.) and none of them worked. Some wouldn't power the scanner at all. Others would, but then if I re-booted the computer, the scanner would no longer be recognized. I would ...

Excellent product!
Having owned several Belkin KVM switches, and used other brands at various client sites, without a doubt this switch is the best. The Belkin Cube would lose sync with the mouse and keyboard several times every day. The IOGEAR has never skipped a beat. The keyboard sequences are far easier as well - control key twice, left to go to the left, right... well you get the idea

The Perfect starter kit
First of all, this starter kit lets you do exactly for what its made: start you out. It is a great networking product out of the box, but once you add users, it is highly expandable via its 10/100 platform and uplink port. The hub is great. Has a status light for every imaginable problem. Solid medal case makes it real sturdy. Even has a kit for attatching it to a wall. Has an odd ...

Looking for LAN? Look no farther.
This piece of hardware is perfect for a medium size LAN party. Works incredibly well, and I had no problems setting it up. Rather than trying to hook up numerious hubs to routers and having to troubleshoot the connections and finding that faulty port, just plug directly into this baby. While it does require longer cat-5 cables, just make your own 100ft-ers, its the easiest thing to do. With the ...

A great little desktop hub
The hub is tiny and secures rather firmly to the edge of my desk. Does exactly what I need it to do. I'll probably be buying another one soon. I've tried lots of different brands and have come to believe that Belkin makes some of the best and most reliable connectivity gear out there.

Great solution for secuing portable files
I have been searching for a solution to my need for security of very large number of confidential files, that I really need to carry with me much of the time. Iomega Jazz and then Zip worked very well, but they keep changing hardward and don't update the software, and I am tired of buying all new portable drives for all my computers. But this product is great, and it has the convenience of ...

I bought one of these along with the matching remote adapter (Actiontec MegaPlug 85 Mbps Ethernet Adapter) so my octogenarian father could migrate his TiVo from a phone connection to a broadband connection. I'll get the job done. Thats all you need.
Pros: The 8th port is easy to configure for stacking. Cons: It costs a little more then the rest. Result: Its a sturdy little thing, and will last forever. However, the extra price is for sentimental value only. I'd buy this one because I want my network to work when I want it. Not that others dont, but like I said, its sentimental value. A good hub.

Reduces Clutter
I have used Keyspans individual port adapters for several years. They work flawlessly and are quite fast. I do a lot of work on high speed serial devices running without flow control. The devices keep up. I found that I often had 4 single Keyspans cluttering my desk. I wanted this device. When I finally found it, it was a no-brainer. It works flawlessly.
