This system works wonderfully. It was easy to install and sync with the handsets and base. It's clear and the buttons are easily readable. For a 4-line system, this is one of the best I've found.

The difference in these key pads is like night and day. We purchased these pads and swapped out six telephones. They all work much better. No sticky keys, faster dialing, etc... The video instruction was above and beyond what we expected. They also provided a print version of installation instructions. It was very helpful as well.
