This does a good job, stops auto. and pops up tape. The cleaner pad is round and has 6 different marked positions to use on one pad you just turn to #'s 1-6, and it comes with 2 extras, not as other review states that it is not replacable, it just pulls out and put on new pad. So far so good very happy esp. for the price.

Great re-winder for the price
This works as advertised. Put in a tape and you are able to rewind and fast foward. Its a bit noisy, but its fast and has not damaged any tapes. Save the wear and tear on your camera!

Great for occasional use
I picked up this little gem for only a couple bucks and had it sent to my parents. THe instructions were simple enough for them to use the product and I'm happy to report they successfully cleaned their CD/DVD drives and reduced/ removed any playback difficulties they reported to me. I'm happy because this product was cheap, useful, and effective.

I bought two brand new Kinyo Super Slim UV-413 for ten dollars each. All worked OK and rewinded very fast. Perfect for what I need
This product was cheap and does exactly what I need. The sounds is not the best in the world but it is good. It would be good to laying out at the pool or the beach if you did want a big radio to wear headphones.

Quiet, fast, compact.
I've rewound several tapes so far and find this rewinder to be whisper quiet and fast. I don't understand those critics that claim it is terribly slow. I find it plenty fast. How much speed do some people want??? Also if you have a full tape to rewind you can always do something else while it is rewinding!
