Sometimes works, sometimes not
I had a pair for 2-3 years that worked fine, then one inexplicably stopped working. I assumed it had died and bought a new pair. For some reason they also wouldn't work on the wall plug and circuit they had worked on for 2-3 years. After paying an electrician to completely rewire the circuit it worked again, but he doesn't know why. On another circuit it worked one day and not the next. ...

VERY BAD
I buy three of these apparatuses and they do not serve for anything. They do not work nor to 5 meters. He is but the bad thing that has made that prestigious mark (I order the Novi mark but they dispatched three to me Westinghouse). Those apparatuses are a swindle, sincerely, if they could give back them the haria which happens is that it buys them in amazon and I took to another one pais to them ...

Works good for us . . .
We used a set of 3 of these in our two story home for years. Occasionally one of the upstairs units would pick up a stray signal and emit a little static noise -- remedied by switching channels. Has a "lockable" transmit feature for use as a baby monitor (or spy device). Seems to do what it's supposed to and at a reasonable price. Happy monitoring.
