Looks great but is weakly constructed
I am not sure how individual my experience was but the bag was everything I wanted in terms of size, shape, pockets etc etc. Delivery and all the initial transaction pieces were perfect but a few days into my proud new ownership the METAL zipper for the laptop compartment in the back broke off and came away in my hand. Now, I am not 'that' rough with these things but I do need something sturdy ...

It would be a nice bag if it worked
I bought this bag in May. By August the zipper for the separate laptop compartment had broken. Since I use this bag for business travel to carry my laptop, files, and accessories, this makes it useless for its intended purpose. The good news is that Case Logic agreed to replace it, so they get customer service points. On the plus side, it has a lot of capacity and can be efficiently packed.
