Very good quality at an excellent price
I ordered these cartridges online because it was becoming increasingly difficult to find them in the stores, not to mention the price just for one cartridge. Very Pleased
I have used generic ink cartridges before with varying results. Since the final price on this came to about $2 per cartridge, my expectations were low. The performance has been very good however. The printer read the new cartridges as full and print quality has been excellent.

Not compatible with MFC-845CW as described
The Product Description is msleading. This cartridge only fits in the slot of MFC-845CW but it doesn't put out the ink after all. I had to return it. Unlike the original Brother LC51-BK cartridge, this one doesn't have an extra plastic pin on the same side where the ink nozzle is. Maybe that's the problem. Look for the best deal but get the original cartridge for MFC-845CW.
