I got this primarily because I wanted the a small AM radio, with good reception. The FM and shortwave is just a bonus for me. PROS: * Good sound. * Solid. It has a strong, metalic feel, covered in rubber. Good grip. I dropped it on the sidewalk, and it wasn't hurt. * External speaker. CONS: * Analog dial.
