Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Quality RAM at a low price, great performance. Cheaper then getting it at the store. Thanks again Amazon.

It does what its supposed to...
Not much to say. I went from 512 MB to 2GB in my laptop. Max'd it out. Noticeable improvement to say the least. You really can't go wrong with PNY memory.

Works great with Dell Inspiron 700m laptop
Looked at a number of companies' memory chips and decided to take chance on PNY. I have used their products in the past and been completely satisfied. I purchased this for my 700m (and specifically wanted to mention this since I had a hard time determining the requirements for a 700m). The Dell takes one or two modules up to 1GB each. They don't have to match in size, so I am told, but it is ...

I removed the existing ...

Very Much Worth It
My Dell Inspiron 8600 running Windows XP with 512 MB RAM worked well up until a year or so ago. The amount of memory needed to run the system gradually creeped beyond 512MB and the system spent much time paging and thrashing, with very slow response for even trivial actions. I finally bought a single 1 GB sodimm to replace one of the 256 MB modules. Now it has ~1.25 GB of RAM and doesn't need ...

I replaced both 512MB with this product and now my machine screams. Simple to install. Just make sure you don't forget any screws!
