I purchased the Mio Motiva heart rate monitor to allow easy HR determinations during excercising. I am glad to learn of the great accuracy of the watch. It exceeds my needs and is easy to use. I am recovering from by pass surgery and am now excercising at home. I am very pleased with my purchase.
