Review of the Linksys WUSB54GR
The unit is small and compact. I was able to move the unit where I got the best signal and it is out of sight. Went from having a weak signal getting at best 36 MBS to always getting 54 MBS.

What can I say, it works.
I needed a wireless print server that I could print to from Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista Ulitimate x64 and Linux. I went through a couple of others before I got to this one. This one does everything I need it to do.

So far so good. Easy to use and conf.
Personally hv had this item for few months by now, and it pretty much matches my expectation so far. It's easy to conf., and surely easy to use. I don't need to dig into the user manual and study it for finding how to use it. That's why I'm giving out 5 starts on this one.

Tech Support Lacking. Router's good though
As E. West stated, the PPoE settings on the DSL modem have to be turned off (bridging the modem). It took me three sub- Techs from D-Link until I got to a senior Tech. By then the modem was "Fried". The senior Tech was the one to tell me about the PPoE (bridging) set-up. This is also mentioned in the 68 page PDF manual. Once I got a replacement, set up went very easy and the WBR-2310 is ...

Fast delivery from this suppler. Setup of this router seems to be a little difficult. Have a different version and I thought after the difficulty on the fist one the second one would be easier. NO it is not. Directions could be better. Jeff

Got Me to the Router!
Although some other products used on my wireless desktop gave me 1 bar (out of 5) for connection quality, 2 on a good day, this product has continuously given me 4 solid bars since I installed it. And, it's just sitting on the desk out of the way, not hanging on the wall at some advantageous position. I am VERY happy. FYI: I am using WPA 2.

Good upgrade
I bought this to upgrade my wireless adapter on my Vaio laptop. Easy installation. SO far, keeps a solid connection. The included dock for the adapter is a nice touch. It's weighted and can take a fall. I haven't tried it with an N network yet so I can't comment yet. If you want an updated adapter that's solid and easy, you can't go wrong with this one.

Very Satisfied
Buying an access point (or wireless equiment for that matter) is a tricky business since you never know how the different devices in the network will work together and setups it also a comfusing business... I decided to buy this product after reading several buyers reviews that recommended this product. I live in a three floors house and I have a Linksys router (WRT300N) in the upper floor. ...

Unstable
The DWA-542 is simple to install and set up, but the software is really unstable. My Dell Dimension 8300 (3.20GHz Pentium 4; 1.5GB RAM) locks up at random times with the D-Link installed. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why it freezes the computer; it just lets me down every time. Sometimes it freezes on reboot; other times it locks up after a few minutes. I'd avoid this product ...

Not true dual-band support
Unfortunately, even though this is among the very few Wireless-N routers that can do dual-band, it is falsely advertised. You have to select between 2.4 and 5 GHz outright, and cannot use both simultaneously. As a result, to take advantage of 5 GHz, every single connected device must not only have Wireless-N capability, but also Wireless-N dual-band capability, and set to function at 5 GHz. ...

A pretty reliable notebook card.
Like: Cost-effective if you buy it from Amazon. Simple self-explanatory installation instructions. Compatible with windows XP and windows zero Configuration utility. Compatible with b/g and g networks. The max data transfer is 108mbps. The knowledge that D-Link has achieved several consumer and technical awards. Reliable so far. Dislike: There are not that many reviews listed for this ...

Wireless Cardbus Adapter Rangebooster N 650, Draft 802.11N
Great product. Used with Wireless Rangebooster 650 router Draft 802.11N and 1.5gb DSL, download speeds are within 10% of Ethernet cable to same router to both levels of the house and basement. With this setup there is no real need to hardwire Ethernet within a home.

Works with Vista
Strongly recommended for users of Windows Vista both 32-bit and 64-bit. This is one of the few wireless cards that will work out-of-the-box. I had to replace a Netgear card due to flaky Vista drivers especially for the 64-bit version. I installed the D-Link card and Vista found drivers then it installed them with no hassles.

Easy installation and a big improvement over the last adapter

Wireless Adapter
This wireless adapter is working well and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a PCI wireless adapter. Linksys was very clear that the adapter had to be installed before running the setup software. Pay attention to this. great deal, can't be beat
ROCK SOLID reliability, superb performance. You can also add better antennas to the card (it takes a reverse sma connector) to boost the range even further. Definitely good enough for internet
I've had this product for about a month and overall, I find it very good. I use it to connect to my D-Link wireless router that is 2 floors above my computer in my split-level home. The signal fluctuates between low and very good but is always more than enough for internet connections. Even on a "fair" connection, I still was getting 600K download speed from Microsoft's website. Bottom line, ...
