Well worth the small investment!
This freeze alarm is remarkably easy to set up and it works wonderfully. To test it, I stuck the sensor in a bowl of ice and within a minute, the unit called the number I had programmed into it. It also works fine on my DSL telephone line (using a DSL filter). The price of this freeze alarm is well worth the peace of mind that you get from not having to worry about frozen pipes!

The mount was the best priced one that I found in stores or online. It installed very easily. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a 32" or smaller tv. I have a polaroid 32" and it was hard to find a mount that had adapters for a 400x200 vesa pattern. The one stud application was also a necessity for me. Purchased the Freeze Alarm prior to our trip to Florida. The first week we were called on our cell phone alerting us of a problem with our heating system. Outside temp was down to 15, called our plumber who replaced gas valve. Without the alert whole house would have froze breaking pipes. Great investment.
