light wieght good sound
The 56320 earpiece fits wonderfully and the sound is great with very little noise from the boom mic. When useing the earpiece and the T5420 you have to be careful what you say, the VOX operation will pick up your voice all the way down to a whisper, (don't curse or cus at friends or others on the same channel-they will hear it. I really like this product.

This is a quality 2-way radio. 20 miles is a little ridiculous, but the range is very good. In real world conditions (buildings, trees, etc.), the range is approximatley 2 miles. For the money; they're solid
Don't think you'll get advertised range out of any radio; that's under "perfect conditions" and "line of sight" (ie: over open water) We use these for hiking trips and "getting lost in the mall" and they work well; we had some 10 mile units and these definately "punch thru" much better.
