Thanks for the product. I leave this one at home plugged in and carry the other with me in my laptop case. Very convenient. Especially if I leave the other one at work accidentally. Saves me a trip back to work, 55 miles. Love it.

Battery performance is great!
I bought a pair of these batteries for my two sons in college. The standard battery supplied with their computers would hold a charge for about 2 hours. These new batteries will last them for a full 6 hour day on campus! They now have the freedom to fully utilize their laptops - even in areas where no power outlets are available. Well worth the cost for that flexibility.

The original battery gave me maybe 2 hours. I spent all my non-a/c on my computer worrying about battery! The extended battery is just a little bit heavier but a LOT more capacity, more like 4 or 5 hours.

We too wonder why people are having problems with this internal drive bay. Using XP SP2, it works like a charm! Don't need to shut it down at all. Just stop the device and away you go. It automatically re-installs cd/dvd bay with no problems. We are able to go back and forth at will. Amazing flexibility. We now have almost 400 GBs in our little T61 14" Lappy! WOW :)

Great long life battery
If you want to upgrade your x60 (or in my case x61 tablet) to working all day from the battery, then this is the solution. It adds about 1 inch to the depth of the laptop, but because it's got a rubberised surface, it makes the tablet easier to hold. Highly recommended for mobile work life.

A waste of my money
This product stopped working after less than two months. I was using it as a backup power source at home, so I only used it for perhaps 80-100 hours. Unfortunately, it had a 30 day guarantee. It was NOT a Lenovo product.
