Works fine - no speed problems
Maybe there was a bad batch of these out awhile back, but I have no complaints about the speed of transfer mentioned by previous reviewers. It took about 12 minutes upload approximately 1GB of photos (images of 1-4MB each). That's fast enough for me. I did not use the included compression application, so perhaps that slows things down. But with 4GB of storage, I doubt I'll ever need ...

I LOVE SONY
I love sony products because they are so durable, they can take a beating and still work perfectly. The same goes with the flash drive. The speed is great and when i accidently kicked it (dont ask) and it bent really bad but i plug it back in and it still worked. I say buy it!
