Best for the price
I bought Case logic 13" for my Dell 13" XPS laptop. It perfectly fits the laptop and its accesories. It's very light in weight and it's is very sleek. The edges are padded which adds safety. A very good laptop bag for the price invested. I checked many laptop cases for my laptop which perfectly fits that and which is very light in weight and I found the correct one.

large in outer dimensions but not roomy inside
if you expect this to be wide inside for you to put extra accessories, think again. the case is awkwardly large on the outside, and is not suited inside to fit more than you would wish beside carrying a laptop or a couple of books. Not recommended here! Get a Swiss Army or a Samsonite.

Good for a student on non-class days
I like it. It fits the laptop, mouse, powercord, and a lot of papers/folders. I use it when I TA or am just going to be in the lab. On days I have class, I usually just bring a bookbag. It is definitely good for the price. The only thing is that it make a noise when you are carrying it using the shoulder strap. It is just the way the hooks are designed.
