The toner worked perfectly, as expected. I am a designer and only use genuine inks and toners. I can't take a chance with the quality of my work. However, it took much longer to receive it than I anticipated. I didn't notice the delayed delivery date until after I paid for it. In hindsight, I would probably spend the few extra bucks and buy it locally.

I am a low volume user and don't see any upside to using ink from manufacturers I don't know. A couple of bucks a year just isn't worth it. I have bought a number of Canon ink cartridges and never had a problem.

This print head is good. I thought it was the print head but I didn't know where the printer ink cartridge was at first on the OfficeJet Pro. It's the front side left bottom there's pull-to-front tab that opens the printer's ink cartridge bay. Usually printer head doesn't go bad.

Good price and for R800 or R1800
Under $11 is a good price for the Epson ink catridges and they work for the R800 or R1800, which I have, a great printer. The description doesn't say for the R1800, but it is, says it right on the packaging. I've paid $13-$15 elsewhere when needed at last minute. I seem to use more yellow cartridges than any of the others.

have been using these for over a year for general printing - never a problem, even on DVD/CDs have not used them for photo quality (use an Epson 2200 for that) so can't comment on use with photo paper
