Tasty!
Great sauce! Used in many Jamaican restaurants to help with the heat of the jerk seasoning. Most use Walkerwood jerk seasoning to make the jerk and pour this on later on the jerk or the rice.

INCREDIBLE FLAVOR EXPERIENCE!
This new taste sensation is a wonderful addition to one's spice arsenal. IMHO, it should be used as a dusting (like paprika might be used) just before serving for greatest flavor impact. It is subtle, ethereal, haunting. I want to use it on everything!!! It tastes, to me, a little like fennel fronds, a little like curry, a little like flowers, but better than all three! BTW, the supplier sent ...

Perhaps the tastiest of the tobascos
Living in Tejas, we love our spicy southwest foods. A bottle of hot sauce is never far from hand at meal time. One of my favorites is the Chipotle tobasco sauce. Only slightly ironically, I first sampled Chipotle tobasco at a Chipotle's restaurant several years ago. I was instantly hooked. Regular tobasco adds a lot of heat to any meal, but relatively little enjoyable flavor. Not so with this ...

Amazing Jerk Seasoning
I found a recipe for jerk chicken on one of the bottles, haven't been able to find it since. Mix 1TB Jerk Seasoning to 2TB Yogurt (vanilla, plain, low fat, non fat, regular) all amazing... with wings, thighs, drumettes.... Marinade for 24-48 hours, then slow bake or grill...225-275 degrees for 2 hours. Amazing!!!

Unrelenting Heat
If tragic events in your life have brought you to such a point where you would actually consider eating this stuff, do yourself a favor and try only a single drop on a chip first (though using even this much is not recommended). If, after enduring heat that transcends time and space, you manage to survive, then you can up the ante. This is not to be confused with your average "hot sauce." This ...

Great Jerk Seasoning Just Needs More Salt
Very nice All Purpose Jerk seasoning to use on poultry and potatoes. Only thing they should change is adding a little more salt to the mix. The seasoning has a very nice flavor and it's quite spicy. Good all purpose Jerk seasoning to have around the house. I bought this because it came in two BIG bottles and we go through a lot of Jerk seasoning at home.
Angostura Aromatic Bitters, 16oz
Angostura
ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters is a highly concentrated food and beverage flavouring. Made from a secret formula, it is a unique blend of natural herbs and spices which is used to flavour a wide variety of foods and drinks. The "secret" was developed in 1824 by Dr. J.G.B. Siegert, a Surgeon General in Simon Bolivar's army in Venezuela. He used his aromatic bitters to improve appetite and digestive well-being of the soldiers. The word "Angostura" ...

Timeless Classic.
There are a great many products which are vastly superior to ye olde Tobasco, but I still make use of it for a couple of reasons. First, it's cheaper than most of the other stuff out there and you can get a huge bottle of it for a cheap price (like you can here). Second, it has a nice kick to it heat-wise so what it lacks in flavor is compensated by its punch. I use it for in chili, soup, beans, ...

Matouk's Calypso Sauce - 10oz

Great hot sauce in a league all its own.
This stuff is hard to find, but worth the hunt. Matouk's is an extra thick concentrated and very very hot calypso type sauce. Its great on pork, shrimp, and all sorts of vegetables, even collard greens and beans. Use sparingly and build up a tolerance, its worth the pain. 5 Ribs

Matouk's West Indian Hot Sauce - 10oz

Very excellent
Unlike most hot sauces Matouk's West Indian has a papaya base. (Oddly enough it does not taste at all like papaya.) This makes the sauce much less acidic, and less vinegary. However, the sauce still packs a punch of hotness. This sauce is excellent on quiche, scrambled eggs, baked chicken, rice, fish, pork, hamburgers, or steak. I also use it in chili; it gives the chili a nice heat and ...
TABASCO brand Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce - Gallon
McIlhenny Company
Nobody but TABASCO brand could so perfectly combine such potent flavors. For TABASCO Garlic Pepper Sauce, we created a three-pepper blend - a hefty portion of smoother cayenne, a small amount of oak-aged tabasco pepper and mellow red jalapeno - and infused it with the bold, savory taste of garlic. Splash it on pizza, pasta and all things Italian, or anywhere else garlic goes. Gallon size.

Best of the best!
I had searched far and wide for this scotch bonnet pepper sauce nearby where I live...but it just seems that the midwest doesn't crave this particular flavor. I fell in love with this stuff in the Caymen Islands and finally found it through Amazon. It's a fabulous flavor-- mixing the 'zing' with a bit of unique sweetness. Unbelievable on most everything...meat (pulled pork, hamburgers ...
• A steak is a slice of meat, typically beef, or fish. Most steaks are cut perpendicular to the muscle fibres, improving the tenderness of the meat. In North America, steaks are typically served grilled, though they are also often pan-fried. Because steaks are cooked quickly, using dry heat, and served whole, the most tender cuts of the animal are usually used for steak.
