overall good product
Works well. The different massaging balls are nice. The heating balls don't work as well as I think they should mostly because they are very small. The actual massager is a bit large and heavy, making its use a bit cumbersome.

Powerful enough. Wonderful. The heat didn't make a whole lot of difference for me.... neither did the multiple heads of the device. It was wonderful. It really got out some pretty good built up tension. The heads rotate and can get closer or farther appart. The speeds change. Each different setting getting a different set of muscles. Lovely

Duplicate gift was returned for credit.
This homedics massaging cushion is so good that I bought it twice for the same person. Unfortunately, it had to be returned this year. Amazon was quick to give me a credit coupon which I plan to use within the month. The recipient is so happy with the first cushion that he doesn't need to keep the duplicate. He would recommend this cushion to anyone who needs relief from back pain.

Looked good, but it died!
I bought this for my husband for Valentine's Day and he seemed to like it. The cord was nice and long, had an attached remote, and the seat and back were large. But when my husband turned it on, it worked for THREE seconds and then died. We tried everything, but it just wouldn't work again. Thankfully, the store where I bought it gave me a full refund.
