Results
This stuff actually seems to work. I take the actual saw palmetto along with the extract a couple of hours before I go to bed, and I am able to sleep better at night. I doubt that this is a long-term solution, but it does help me. Oh, by the way, I seldom (never) visit my doctor, so I am probably not a very good source of reliable medical advise.

I purchased Sun Crystals for my husband since he is a diabetic. The other sugar replacements/sweetners have an unacceptable taste. This has nearly no taste, but we have to use 4 packets for a Mug Size of Coffee or Tea. I will be purchasing again when we run out. Unfortunately it does not come in a baking size and I do not know if the sweetness will hold up under the heat of baking. Thanks
