This is truly a timeless scent. I have loved it since I first remember my grandmother making it her signature fragrance. However, it is really not a floral I have been told. Instead it is labeled an "aldehyde fragrance" - not really duplicating anything in nature, but a scent in a class by itself until other aldehydes came into the picture.
