helps fight insomnia
This helps me relax at night and fall asleep more easily. It also helps me sleep at regular times and wake up more refreshed. It's good to take at night time because it can make you a little drowsy (which is good for me). Also I think you need to have adequate b-vitamins for it to be most effective. Works well - I'd recommend it for insomnia, anxiety and moderate depression.
