Exactly what it is promoted as. Keeps it's shape and air for a long time. My only problem was the pump - it's a hand pump! It took 1 hour (and a very tired arm) to fill up the ball. Otherwise, it's a great product!

55 cm = great chair height for me
I have been getting back aches ever since I began to sit a lot for work. I got this ball and use it for a chair, and my back aches went away. I also noticed a flatter stomach!! I have a low desk and this ball is perfect for me to sit on. If you have a standard size desk a 65cm ball may be better. Also fast shipping. :)
