Almost as good as chocolate!
I love this item. The strawberries and bananas are nice and crunchy and sweet, with the tang of the strawberries complementing the sweetness of the bananas. Eating this is addictive - but at least you can rest assured you're addicted to something healty, low calorie and delicious.

I have used every protein/workout powder out there. Muscle Milk is widely accepted as the best tasting and best ingredient muscle building shake out there. It is a bit expensive so I tend to use it just once per day directly after my workout in water. I have NEVER had a problem with ANY of the flavors! I recommend getting a shaker bottle for any of your workout drinks. mixes great in water!
