I have been using this cerial for two years and I am happy with it. The low sugar content and the multi bran was what I was looking for. I add rasins for the iron. I would highly recommend it to anyone. For awhile I could not get this in my local food markets. I found out the stores had replaced it with Chex Chocolate Bran.
